Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Australia, Japan, Iceland, Canada, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, USA.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
Order value up to 30 € = Shipping costs 4.99 €
Order value over 30 € = Shipping costs 0.00 €
For orders with a value of 30.00 € or more, we deliver free of shipping charges.
International Deliveries:
We calculate international shipping costs as a flat rate as follows:
- Australia: 9.99 €
- Japan: 9.99 €
- Iceland: 9.99 €
- Canada: 9.99 €
- Monaco: 9.99 €
- Norway: 9.99 €
- Singapore: 9.99 €
- Switzerland: 9.99 €
- USA: 45.00 €
Shipping is free for purchases over 100 €, with the exception of the USA.
For deliveries to the USA, the flat shipping rate of 45.00 € includes all applicable duties and import taxes. We pay these in advance for you (Delivered Duty Paid, DDP), so you will not incur any additional customs or import costs upon delivery.
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of goods will take place within 2 - 4 working days, and international deliveries within 3-10 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Payment Details
For credit card payments (without using a payment service provider) , your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
