🪨 Will my stone look exactly like the one in the photo?

For one-of-a-kind items – yes, 100%! You will receive exactly the stone from the photo. Once gone, forever gone. Therefore: If a piece appeals to you, don't hesitate too long. ✨
For tumbled stones, bracelets, and intuitively chosen stones, you will receive a specimen that looks very similar to the photo – equivalent in quality and appearance, but naturally unique because no two stones are exactly alike.

Please note, we use very bright studio light to show all details. Your crystal may appear darker and show its full beauty in the sun.

📦 How long does shipping take?

We ship with DHL and usually within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
Germany: 2–4 business days
EU & Europe: 5–10 business days
International (Canada, Singapore, etc.): 7–14 business days
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email.

🌍 Can I also order from abroad?

Of course! We deliver to over 30 countries worldwide. Shipping costs will be automatically displayed in your shopping cart. Free shipping from €30 within Germany and from €100 to all other countries.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties may apply – these are levied by your country's customs authority and are unfortunately beyond our control. Do you live in a country not on the list? Just write to us – we'll find a solution! 💛

💳 How can I pay?

We offer secure payment options via Shopify Payments: Credit card, debit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer). All payments are encrypted and secure.

🌿 How do you package your crystals?

We also pack with reused materials – boxes get a second life with us, and plastic films are reused until they can no longer be used. Each stone is carefully packaged so that it arrives safely. No unnecessary new goods, no waste without reason. 🌱

✨ How do I clean my new crystal?

Your new stone has traveled a long way and absorbed many energies. We clean all crystals before shipping. This way, your new companions can immediately attune to your energy. ↩️ What if something isn't right?

No problem! You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If your stone arrives damaged or something is wrong, just contact us – we always find a solution. You can find more details in our refund policy.

🔮 Do you really select the stones yourselves?

Yes! Dany and Ute – that's us, daughter and mother – personally select every single stone. With over 20 years of experience and a genuine passion for minerals. We know our suppliers, and every stone that makes it into the shop has excited us. If we didn't want it ourselves, it doesn't get in. It's that simple. 💎
