Payment and Dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and to the following countries: Australia, Japan, Iceland, Canada, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, USA.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

  • Order value up to €30 = shipping cost €3.99
  • Order value over €30 = shipping cost €0.00

From an order value of €30.00 onwards, we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:

  • Iceland: €9.99
  • Australia: €9.99
  • Japan:  €9.99
  • Canada: €9.99
  • Monaco: €9.99
  • Norway: €9.99
  • Singapore: €9.99
  • Switzerland: €9.99
  • USA: €45.00

From an order value of €100 onwards, shipping is free — except for deliveries to the USA.

For deliveries to the USA, the flat shipping fee of €45.00 includes all applicable customs duties and import charges. We pay these in advance on your behalf (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP), so no further customs or import fees will arise for you upon delivery.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the offer, domestic delivery of goods (Germany) is made within 2–4 working days, and deliveries abroad within 3–10 working days from conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, from the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery dates, we will send them together in a single delivery, unless otherwise agreed. In that case, the delivery time for the entire order is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made by credit card, your credit card account is debited upon conclusion of the contract.
