Deliveries to Switzerland

Your order is being shipped from abroad to Switzerland and is therefore considered an import. Minerals, crystals, and jewelry are not subject to standard customs duties .

Upon delivery, Swiss customs collects import VAT (8.1%) and sometimes a handling fee from the shipping provider (e.g., Swiss Post, DHL, UPS). These costs are not included in the purchase price and are charged directly upon delivery or in advance. Unfortunately, we have no control over this – thank you for your understanding.

• Shipping service provider processing fee : approx. CHF 15–30

• Fragility : Minerals, shells and spheres can break if dropped. Handle them with care and avoid placing them on edges.


• Keep away from pets : Small or loose parts may be dangerous if swallowed.


• Not all minerals are suitable for gemstone water : do thorough research and consult reliable sources before using stones for this purpose.


• Do not eat or lick : Minerals are not food grade and may contain harmful elements if swallowed.


• No Medical Claims : Our products are decorative or collectible and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice.

For jewelry :

• Not suitable for children under 6 years: small parts may pose a choking hazard and ribbons may pose a strangulation risk.


• Be careful with rough stones in jewelry : These can have sharp or uneven edges. Handle them carefully to avoid injury.


• Do not wear damaged jewelry : Broken jewelry may have sharp edges or weak bands that could cause injury.


• Safety of the bands : The bands are sturdy but flammable. Keep them away from open flames or extreme temperatures.


• Keep away from pets : Rough stones, bands, small pieces and jewelry should be kept safely away from pets to avoid hazards.
