When we were building our shop, I was sometimes so stressed that I forgot to breathe. Not metaphorically – literally forgot. I had a large citrine on my desk, and at some point, I just picked it up because it looked so beautifully warm. I took a deep breath. And asked myself: "What would ease do now?"
Maybe it sounds cheesy. But it worked. Since then, I always have a small one in my pocket – as a silent promise to myself that I'm allowed to make things easy for myself too. 🌻
