This rare sugilite necklace is a true collector's item – every year this mineral becomes more expensive and harder to obtain. Its color ranges from warm, intense purple to deep black-violet. In sunlight, the sugilite glows mysteriously, while in the shade it appears almost velvety-dark – a fascinating interplay of colors that never gets boring.

The photos were taken in various lighting conditions. In normal light, the sugilite necklace appears dark purple. The subtle gradations can be seen in sunlight or very bright lighting. I like to take the photos in very bright light to show the details precisely.
