What I love about this meditation cushion is that the buckwheat hull filling adapts to your body without giving way like a soft pillow. It supports, molds itself to your shape, and remains stable – exactly what you need when sitting in one position for extended periods. And the best part: you can adjust the amount of filling yourself! Simply open the inner cotton cover and remove or add buckwheat hulls until it feels perfect. Care instructions

1. Remove the inner cotton cover from the pillow
2. Transfer the buckwheat hull filling to a separate container.
3. Wash the cover on a gentle cycle at 30°C with mild detergent – ​​do not use bleach.
4. Leave to air dry, not in direct sunlight
5. Return the filling to the cover and adjust the filling quantity as desired.
